What do you mean... How? you just do. Where there are plenty of places, as in dance studios, dance competitions, clubs, youtube if you like. Or the Spanish channel, dancing with the stars, I am sure they do something close to salsa and samba. If this isn't the answer you were looking for, try changing the question to be more specific. You can find a lot of them on youtube if you know good search words. Names of the dancers or names of the dance events are good search words. If you just search salsa or samba you will find a lot of stuff, most of which is rather ugly. Here is a few links that I like.
