I'm planning a quick trip next week and will be staying at the Crowne Plaza. Just looking for a nice relaxing couple of evenings or afternoons where I can grab a bite, a good drink and indulge my habit. Any help would be appreciated.

CitiPlace has some nice restaurants and bars (Blue Martini). Bradley's is good for a younger crowd. Just across the Intracoastal in Palm Beach, there are many fine restaurants, ranging from Cucina D'Arte (younger, more hip crowd) to Chez Jean Pierre (Palm Beach socialites) and Amici (good Italian food in a fun, pleasant atmosphere).
Just a little farther south, you can go to a number of nice restaurants on Atlantic Avenue.
In Florida, you can smoke in bars, but not in restaurants.

Not really any place that is decent sorry but the whole state of Florida put smokers on the curb. Also be careful at night take a cab to City Place or Down Town West Palm Beach but be careful dont walk around without a few people it can be dangerous especially after 2 AM.

Yeah, just walk outside, all the smoke you want. And it's legal!!!!!
