Can you have positive or false positive pregnancy test results when you are in menopause?

Yes it is possible. My mom had a friend that was going through menopause and ended up pregnant. The baby is called a change of life baby. You should still use condoms if you don't want the chance of having a baby.

Anything like that is possible, even without being menopausal. But, like the other person said, very unlikely. Youre known to have pregnancy symptoms though when you go through menopause.
