Once we all are defeated by the inner self then there would not be war on the Earth. Ongoing war is between both the selves (internal & external intity).
Most of the period from our life is consumed to know & grasp through ehe external self, the internal one, who is the real guide to lead ehe external self, is ignored through out.
We, all, generally don't even know about the existence of the inner ownself, and because of this unawareness of ownselves, & to keep the external ownselves exist we induldge in conflict. The day the ownselves are truly known, even 50-60%, WAR "the conflicts" would eradicate from Earth.

extra advantageous than the will for love and the will for money is the will for skill. international locations take over different international locations for skill. sometimes that's for materials. in the olden situations materials secure the human beings who have been used as slaves. Kingdoms fought against Kingdoms for skill and materials. 2 adult males combat and kill one yet another over a girl or money or something. Gangs combat one yet another for administration of a close-by. On a larger scale states combat the federal government approximately rules. Then international places combat one yet another over each and every thing, suited now i think of in step with danger oil. that's yet another communicate. human beings have the ability to do good or evil. i don't think that all and sundry all people is sweet. some are actually not from the time they have been born. some start up out good and grow to be evil from alcohol or drugs and entering into the incorrect crowd. then you quite've people who're in between, not good sufficient to be good and not undesirable sufficient to be undesirable. sure I do think of that that's human nature and specific i think of that the government makes use of it. besides the undeniable fact that if we took a vote and enable the human beings come to a determination if we are to flow to warfare or not, we does not. we are a mix of all the above. that's the guy who has the skill that comes to a decision.

I believe it's gonna help. Just like we struggle our way out of bad habits, we have to fight within ourselves.

Most of the times, we allow our traits to win over our conscience. Even if our heart says, it's wrong, we carelessly move on with those traits. We find it far easier to subside our so called righteousness.

Not because acting as per our conscience is difficult, but because we fail to realize that these traits just pick you out of a problem and land you up in a bigger problem. For example, anger... One loses it's temper and may be able to take control over the other by reacting offensively. Momentarily problem solved. But take it for a longer run. People avoid to confront short tempered people. They may tell lies to avoid that offensive behaviour. Infact, with anger, one cannot develop an honest trustworthy relationship. So who's on the losing side.

Serving those traits is kind of an intoxication. The more you serve them, the more we move away from our own selves.

Anger, greed, lust, ego, etc. actually contribute in allowing one to lose one's identity. To search for the identity, one has to fight back these traits. Once we are able to completely uproot these traits from within ourselves, each and every experience of ours would be a bliss. Unfurtonately, each one of us fails to do so.

Good luck with your war... I'm into one too...

All the best...

:-)

It is necessary for the individual to have a stable conception
of where they stand in regards to a war. If an individual
doesn't have a stable concept of where they stand then
any external war which they participate in might be
based on false pretenses. Therefore, in regards to
internal and external war it is potentially counter-productive
to exert external effort without a strong internal conviction
that the external effort is applied in the right direction.
In other words, it is better for internal efforts to work against
internal motives than for external efforts to work against
internal motives because once an external effort is set
into motion it is potentially beyond the control of the
individual to halt the external efforts which arise from
participating individuals.

No, we should not fight any war insde ourselves. The inner human should be at peace and not disturbed by any negative emotions. Only then someone can make good decisions.

And war is not always bad. For instance when there is genocide happening, war is good. But not pre-emptive or for oil!

If you feel you have a war to fight with yourself I suggest you may need some assistance.

It sounds as if you are angry at something and the something has to be dealt with peacefully and permanently from your life.

Conflict, in every term has to be avoided as much as possible but should it be unavoidable it must be dealt with decisively and quickly to stop any escalation.

Yes, we need to clean up our inside on a war-footing, if we ever dream of a world without war. It is the dirt inside us that works as the gun powder to ignite and explode relationships between people, groups, sects and nations.

Great question indeed. Star.

I am waging a war against hunger and poverty. I dont have time time to think what is right and what is wrong. My prime motive is to win over hunger. You cannot teach philosophy to a hungry man.
All wars are fought by people who have ample and crave for abundance.
