Just visiting and taking gifts. Any company my mother gets is a gift in it's self. She's 70 and lives by herself. It's got to suck to be old and alone!!

Here in Europe we had Mother's Day in March, it was lovely. My daughter bought me a beautiful ornament and a lovely card with some beautiful words in it. And to top it all she got me a huge Chocolate Mothers Day cake, what more could I have asked for. Anyway, Happy Mothers Day to all Moms out there. We deserve to be pampered.

My mom lives 4 hours away. I sent her a gift. We will go to lunch with my mother-in-law.

i WOULD be baking a whole bunch of yummy stuff for her, but then she flips out because she's on a diet (she always breaks it though-without my help) and here i am tempting her with high carb sweets (some of them are pretty low carb though). So now i don't know what to do.

Yes, we're gonna spend the day with my mom helping her in the garden wearing our "i heart mom" tee shirts!
& my dad will buy us some flowers for her...^_^

Dunno if you would call it special or not but, we'll spend part of the weekend w/my mom, cooking her dinner, etc...and part w/ his mom trying not to choke her. :D
