the first letter, in these words,,,,, define what the word is,,,,,,,, it changes the meaning of what follows,,,, in our language, it isnt set up as , for instance, uck meaning one thing,,,,, the adding a letter defines another version of that one thing,,,,,,, so luck and uck have nothing in common, other then the sound or actual letters they end with , so all the letters together are the word,,,,, then the word is considered good or bad depending on what we have decided it is (defined it to be)

because the other three letters are the same. I mean there are nouns that aren't good or bad like Buck, Muck, Duck, Puck or if you add 2 letters you can get Truck and pluck.
Not really a philosophical question I don't think .

Interesting you ask. It's the pronunciation that makes it bad. Say them all aloud in front of your mother or father and see if they laugh or get mad. If they laugh then between you and the surveyor they aren't bad words. If they get angry, find new friends. No word is a bad word, they're just misunderstood sometimes. I'd rather go around saying "f*** you" than "luck you, asshole" because the f in f*** has more of an anger state and luck you just sounds dumb.

i dont think you have a valid statement. What about duck, shuck, huck (as in huckaback) buck, puck....
none of those have anything to do with "good or bad"
