Well it depends on how you look at it. Blair who was very loyal to President Bush is part of the labor party. The party likely to come to power is the convervatives in Britain, a potentially even more favorable political situation with the U.S. So you could answer your question yes.

Not exactly like it. He is coming to the end of his tour of duty so Tony is stepping down to join George in traveling around the globe. . . .they will dress in drag of course so they will not be recognized by the media.
