Switch off. Remove front cover, (Two screws) locate thermal reset device, a coin like disc with a button in the centre, press button, which should click. Reassemble and switch on. This will only work if the heater has been covered and has overheated. If its just stopped heating it could be a fuse. element, thermostat or numerous other faults.

I presume it is on the off peak? if not its very expensive to run. The storage heaters come on late at night when the off peak changes and goes off in the morning. For the input heat put the dial to the highest and the out put to the lowest and adjust output throughout the day.
