Ok I know it pretty much looked like he's out of there but, what if Jacob heals him, just like I believe he cured him of his paralysis? Personally I think he'll come back and kill Ben.

Locke won't die. Does anybody remember his ability to heal on the island?
In the prior episode his dad bit him and he was bleeding pretty bad, the next day his hand was fully healed.
Also he went from cripple to able after the crash and Ben acknowledges that he has a gift.
Hes not going anywhere.

Jacob *now THAT was weird -__-* very well may cure Locke. I refuse to believe Mr. Don't Tell Me What I Can't Do is out for the count. Have you noticed how much Ben is trying to turn Locke into him? Ben, as we saw, turned on the Dharma group and killed his father *that was Dad's body in the van that Hurley found*. Then Ben told Locke not to follow the Others unless he killed his father.
Ben appears to be afraid that Locke is challenging his right to rule The Others. Hell, maybe Ben got shot too and is trying to see if Locke survives also.

I don't think Jacob healed Locke - I think the Island did, and that the power of the Island is what has Jacob in his "Lost" World (parallel universe maybe?). Personally, if Locke dies I'm going to the funeral. He and Hurley are my two favorite people on the Island, right next to Sawyer and Said.

He's not dead yet!
I think the island will heal him, or Jacob.
I believe he will come back to fight.
