I got a lovely little violation notice because I wrote, "I agree" as an answer to a person's question! When someone asks an opinion is I agree not good enough as an answer?
What is up with that?

It shouldn't be a violation. Unless you use crude language I don't believe any response should be a violation because who is to say what's right and wrong? For example, if in response to "what should I do with my dog?" I answer "shove it up your back passage" it still shouldn't be a violation - in fact in some cultures this would be considered good practise.

I would agree that it's not a violation but I'm afraid that then I would be in violation.... I am so confused now!

No, I don`t think that should be a violation. It`s all up to the person asking the question. I say it alot myself.

I got that once to. It is , I guess considered point gaming if the person who askes the question is looking for a reason to violate you.

On this site you can get violated for just breathing. The thing is, who at management reviewed that violation and let it stand. THAT is where the problem is.

They did a dinky little blog about things like that. According to them, it is a violation, but it just depends on who else saw that answer.

In the first place you didn't actually answer the question. You simply said you agreed with something. Just like some will put "lol" as a answer.. which is not.

that's unreasonable. if it is a question asking for your opinion, you either agree or disagree, support or don't support. Maybe someone was having a bad day..
