It shouldn't be a violation. Unless you use crude language I don't believe any response should be a violation because who is to say what's right and wrong? For example, if in response to "what should I do with my dog?" I answer "shove it up your back passage" it still shouldn't be a violation - in fact in some cultures this would be considered good practise.

Itdepends on theperson doing the reportingnot the yahoo team they have so many to deal with they just seemto goalong with what ever isreported you know yourself if you have violated andit is up to you to have your say on thematter but I agree with you :) Opps have I violated?? On this site you can get violated for just breathing. The thing is, who at management reviewed that violation and let it stand. THAT is where the problem is.
