That depends, would you want other people to look at your bank account statements?? Completely up to you, if you'd like my advice, I'll tell you to simply get into the routine of doing it!

It's a good idea for two reasons: if you're on a shared computer, someone else could just jump right on and get access to your stuff. Secondly, if you have highspeed internet, there's always a possibility of someone cracking thru your firewall....

yes always log out incase someone is spying on ur computer and can get in there after you are done. security measures ask you to log out

yes. however, its not so important if the computer is in your home and only used by you.
Any other computer it is imperative. (In fact I wouldn't use any other computer)
