I should say so! Saved a lot of lives! But you know something? Those "tools" wouldn't have tried something like this with 1st MARDIV. They'd have to be crazy or have a death wish or even both! ( ^ _ ^ )
I'm biased because 2/7 1st MARDIV Echo Co. was my home for 7 plus years! Ooorah! :)

I am so in the dark. I gotta stop working so hard and start watching the news! Are we talking about the person who reported the men who plotted to wreak havoc on the military installation?
That was a great call. With all the people who don't want to get involved and stand for anything.... it is refreshing to hear of someone who does.
On the other hand.... the group of people on the flight who told that a group of Muslims were praying and saying "Allah,Allah,Allah" took it a little too far. They said the men were sitting strategically in the front, middle, and back of the plane and they were in fear for their lives. I am willing to bet these people are consumed with fear that every Muslim is going to plot to kill them. They probably get off on 'profiling ' people from the Middle East.
I don't know. Unless I really have a reason to question someones behavior.... I won't. I choose not to live in fear. I didn't prior to 911 and I still don't. I am however happy that I have never been in their position.

He should be recognized.
We don't have to lose our Freedoms like in the Patriot Act to stop terrorism.
It takes people paying attention, getting involved and being responsible. Like what this gentleman did to stop a plan even the government was not paying attention to in the first place.

Yes very much, what he or she did was very good and he was aware of his surroundings. Even though u dont want to stereotype people, u have to sometimes. Too me he kinda did by the look of em. And they are some people u wouldn't even suspect. i think what he should get some kind of reward.

Maybe he prefers to be incognito and he felt that he didn't want the publicity or the money. Some people are just personal like that.

yeah.............
yet we do not even know his name?
((sigh)) this just solidifies the fact that, in life, not all good deeds get recognized.
