call several plumbers in KC and get free estimates, they know which pumps will last longer and they will warrenty thiers if any problems arise. I prefer zoeller or myers

If you have all the parts, it would be the cost of the plumber coming out plus his time on the job, if everything goes O.K. (him just replacing) about an hour, less then $100.00.
