In my country stereotypical English people (male) are known as big football and beer fans! And great tee lovers!
We see English people as a delicate, punctual, wealthy, traditional and power full nation.
I personally like your loyalty to Queen and your historical heritage.
I like English football and I am the big fan of your socker teams from the Premier league

And I agree, British humor is the best in the world, I adore your comedies!

Yes...ok no,cos I'm English, but mostly people seem to think we're all either cockneys or snobs. We ALL drink tea, live on fish and chips, don't brush our teeth and are all personally known by the Queen. We also enjoy scones, tennis and The Beatles more than any country should!

That's just from the things I've learnt from my friends from abroad! ooo and! We all say 'Jolly good' and 'Bloody well done' and wear tweed....

thank you. i'm a Dutch individual residing in the country besides, merely like Tea C. all people I confer with right this is surprised as quickly as I tell that weed certainly isn't criminal and the crimson mild district is in basic terms a pair of streets. even while i began out at a brilliant trip employer. anybody gets drug examined right here in the previous employment and that i certainly hear lots extra human beings do smoke pot illegally right here, than the various acquaintances I had in Amsterdam and place human beings on whisper approximately, like they are doing something extremely extremely undesirable, yet yet like it. Amsterdam has lots extra to grant, It has an incredible historic cost. proper museums, great eating places, parks and lots extra. while my sister lived in the britain, maximum of her acquaintances drank extra alcohol than any Dutch might smoke wed. i know that's additionally stigmatizing, via fact i know many British are have a foul call, via habit of a few different fellow voters. I do visit church right here and so adult males could not have self assurance my husband married a girl from the God-forsaken city of Amsterdam. He pronounced he might in no way visit that drug-infested city. marvelous, while human beings merely have self assurance something, without doing analyze. ( very nearly sounds like politics)

The same as most, I guess...I don't think there's too much difference between the UK and the USA other than some traditions, the monetary system and such...I wonder if you were expecting a more elaborate statement, but I really don't see too much difference in the way people think and believe ....one small point, though...the "Benny Hill and Monty Python" type humor really sucks...(ha)

I think Aussies have a pretty realistic view of the English but I have felt a little sterotyped by them

any view I have of the English is a positive one.
I think of you as fun loving, but easily proper when needed.
I think of you as being accepting of yourselves.
and I hope I'm right about the great sense of humor, and understanding of sarcasm and irony.
