When I was little, I had a teacher who said she had eyes on the back of her head. I remember looking to see if she really did, and then I decided she was a LIAR after seeing she didn't.
What things did a teacher tell YOU when you were little that you believed at first...but then became cynical about?

yes i wondered about that too..... My grandma use to tell us that too....... so we would do things behind her back just to see if she could really see us........lol........

Yes, and then I thought she was crazy....but as the year progressed I know that she did. She was intuitive and could see all that happened behind her back.
Now that I am older, I have the same skills, and it is alittle unnerving at times...But I have grown accustomed.
She never shared personal beliefs, only factual knowledge...but this one thing. She was correct in.

I think we had the same teacher, man!
My second grade teacher told us that she knew a boy who'd eaten crayons all the time and when he got the chicken pox, his sores turned all the colors of the crayon box, LOL.
