I've heard 2 rules that cover this pretty thoroughly:

Rule #1--the Boss is always right.

Rule #2--if the Boss is wrong, see Rule #1.

Don't forget--even if he's wrong, he's still the Boss.

GOD NO! They usually are playing politics and dont really understand what the little guy sees. I have been more then loyal to a company and the boss has always seemed to look down on his employers. Once I even worked for a Dr. office where the staff were unable to speak to the Dr's because they were told they were not on the same intellect level. Wait change my answer to HELL NO!

If you want to keep receiving a paycheck the boss is always right when interacting with the boss. If the boss writes you up, or complains to another worker for something that you deem to be not your fault, then the boss is not right.

No man that's just some stupid fabrication for stupid people.
in the army there was these plaque
1. the Boss is always right.
2.If the boss is wrong refer to number 1.
Damn it was hell.
