Girls, why do you hate muscled men?

I can't believe it. I have girls telling me that they prefer the average, skinny boy over athletes.
I don't know why girls find washboard abs, bulging biceps, square pecs, cannonball shoulders, iron bat forearms and nice V-shaped torso to be a turn-off.
Would you explain why do you find muscled men unattractive?

It isn't the muscles that are unattractive--it is the obsessive, arrogant and unappealing attitude that generally (not all--I am not trying to stereotype really I'm not) is the turn off. If a women is going to take a back seat to a weight lifting machine, or have to worry about him paying more attention to his "guns" than her---it really ends up being a big turn off. Besides if a muscle bound man has used steroids at all--his performance in the bedroom will suffer because his penis will eventually shrink LOL!!!! What women wants a testosterone filled, muscle bound male with a mini-penis?? No one that I know!!!

"Femininity" is about the curves... The softness that estrogen gives to a woman's face and form... If you have an inordinately "Toned" body with exposed muscles, it tends to make the woman appear to have too much testosterone and as animals, we look for mates that show the characteristics of Fertility. Wide Hips mean that a woman has a lot of estrogen and will have an easier time having babies... Which is the basis for human attraction, to mate... Like all carbon based life forms. A chick that loses the look of fertility loses a lot of their attraction. Give a M>F Transexual female hormones and they lose their muscle tone, their skin gets softer, their body hair gets thinner and lighter... A woman with extra testosterone or a woman that just LOOKS like she has too testosterone starts to look like a F>M Transexual more than anything else... This is unattractive to people not into trannies. This is just how Human Attraction works... There's a TON of guys out there that love muscles on a chick... It's just when women stop automatically looking like women that it starts to get weird.

LOL we like muscled men, but not the "over-doing it" kind (body builders that looks like they have muscles on-top of muscles!!)-LOL,

they just look unnatural, like they on steroids, about to snap any second and conceited.

but for the normal muscular guys and athletes -lol normally they really full of themselves actually &is aways looking that u lavish them with attention &give them a "spot light" and if u dont they look else where for it.

and the fact that they want these super model, prom queen looking girlfriends. Question: Y dont they look at bigger boned chicks then hey??

its all a steriotype thing really, some are different, and not all women likes the average, skinny guys. I like the average-muscular guys

this kind of guy is certenly good to look at but to keep a relationship or to even enter into one with one of you is something to be hold. You can't miss the pumped up muscled man, but you will around with a girl that isn't something that you pulled off the cover of a magazine then you are in trouble. it is hard enough keeping a regular relationship going but a good looking cut male has almost every eye wishing they where you or wanting to be with you. The up keep is a full time job for the one who is with you.

well... it looks fake. everyone has this crazed idea that skinny gals make beautiful gals and muscled men look better with bigger muscles and all... so i guess for most guys who do have big muscles going it sort of shows an insecure male who just tries too hard to look fly!! i guess that's not true for all coz some guys just like a healthier toned body and some have those bodies for sport and all.... well it also depends how big the muscles are too... overall, different gals, different taste... it all depends!!

Overly muscled men are pretty unattractive to look at, for some people. But come on girls you can't tell me you've never had half naked muscly men on your walls. In my opinion body builder men yuck, but a nicely toned body is hot. But each to their own i guess. There are some girls out there who do like it and they have to confidence to go up and talk to those muscly men then good on them.

There is a line to be draw here... normal sexy abs and muscles are cool but over obsessed huge ugly, steroid-enhanced-looking muscles are absolutely YUK

I think your problem is you attitude. "Im so good, everyone should love me like I do and if they dont I wont understand or like them"

Women will most of the time, over look most physical attractions to find a normal caring guy...

There, there, dearie (pats on head). Of course the muscles are cute.

But the time it took to acquire them was spent in the gym and not with the ladies. Gotta wonder about your priorities.

Really? I didnt know that. I love athletes ;)

Hmm... just a thought... probably because athletes get more girls.... So some settle for skinny type because they are less prone to stray.

Or then again... maybe its just their preference. To each its own ;)
