i like this other girl at work and she is so cute and i think abt her all the time. she knows i like her and i think she may like me back as well. i think she is just waiting for me to go and talk to her, but i havn't so far. i dont want to cheat on my gf. so should i go and talk to her and tell her that i like her, but that i have already got a gf, so it would be good if we could be friends ? should i tell her that.
p.s. i have to tell her something coz we have been staring at each other for the past 3 months without talking, so a converstaion is definatley due lol

What are you feeling towards your girlfriend? If you love your girlfriend and want to be with her, go and talk to the girl at work and tell her that you have a girlfriend that you love and that you hope you and her can be friends.
If you want to be with the girl from work you need to talk to your girlfriends, its not far to lead her along with you while your busy thinking bout someone else and wanting to be with someone else. break it to her gently and don't tell her you leaving her for someone else.

Leave your girlfriend, she doesnt deserve being cheated on. If you have feelings for someone else, it should already be a sure sign that you are no longer interested in your gf. Leave her, and let her know why--she deserves an explanation, especially if this comes out of the blue. Let her know why you are doing what you are doing. Afterwards, it's up to you to talk to the other girl or not. You're a free man, free to do whatever you please without hurting anyone. Good Luck

dump girl friend. you are only setting your self up to cheat. If you realy like this girl you hae obligations to both. you should let you gf go. tell her that you don't feel the way you thought for her. no need to tell her you have a crush on someone else it will only hurt her more. you have already been flirting with the other girl without talking. you have had thoughts about her. you have already cheated on your gf in your mind. you don't want to hurt your now gf anymore then you must. break it off with her and go and talk to the girll you have been making eyes at.
If you realy cared for your gf you wouldn't be looking at another girl. that isn't love man, but who knows you might love this other girl. anytime you start to feel that way about another girl when you are dating someone that means you don't love the one you are with and you should let them go.
I know it is hard to do that to someone and I feel for you, but you want to be a good guy. you realy should let the gf go and see the new girl.

stick with your lady! if you persue the other one at work and you do start a relationship she'll never trust you especially knowing that you had a gf and started a relationship with her.
in her mind will always be the question will he leave me for someone else. your gf deserves so much more respect the looking at each other is more out of curosity than anything. she is the gf that becomes the nag in your ear! where you been? who were you with? ect.
but if she is for you then wait until your realtionship is over than go for it

you answered it yourself by just saying you don`t wanna cheat on your gf, but even if you become friends with this girl it not looking good because you really like her so i say dump your gf b4 you break her heart or else stay with her and keep your distance from girl at work. at end of day it comes down to how much you love your gf and want to be with her.

You'll be unfair if you tolerate that feeling and you're still committed. Better check your feelings. Do you still love your gf? Infatuation lasts for a very short period of time, so please consider that.
Being cute will not give you the assurance of having a good relationship and unconditional love that your gf can offer.

I agree with Ra. Don't court trouble, continue your staring if you want to don't speak to her. You cannot be friends with a girl you like when you already have a gf.

decide who you really like dude. it may be good to stick to your
gf but that's not just being true if you like tyhe girl better, with that she won't be happy either. don't waste your time and hers...but if you love your gf then talk to her and tell her that you love her very much and help you to make the relationship stronger.... if you really like this girl in ur work.. be true. that's what everyone deserves.. true love.. but atleast try to be careful in your decision

If you plan on seeing her outside of work, I'd suggest that you split with your girlfriend first.
If you really want to be just friends go ahead and talk to her. But it does not sound like that to me.
