Since I have a group of students who want to visit New York during its low season.

February. Summer and the Holiday season are packed. Once college kids go back to school at the end of January, the city is a lot less crowded.

I'm not a travel agent or tour operator; I live here in New York. The closest New York comes to having a slow season is from the middle of January through March. Hotel rates are through the roof at Christmas and reach their lowest from January through March.

in my opinion it must be in winters when snow is falling.no one want to go on tour when snow is falling.
