We have never seen a man part a sea.
We have never seen a man make a staff turn into a snake.
You get the idea. This is not meant to be inflamitory, I am just not able to understand how people believe this. This question could be applied to any religious groups texts. I just feel that this is modern day mythology.
Again, I am not trying to anger anyone!

If you are patient enough and open minded enough and involve yourself in a few courses in Biblical studies in a serious institution, you may find out how the Bible works.
You will find out that there are many layers of meaning in it and teasing out these layers requires some scholarship.
The whole idea is not to learn it chapter and verse and bash people with it, but to discover its full sense. Many people underestimate the Bible because they think it is easy to understand; it is not that cut and dried and to look at it too simplistically and too literally is to miss the mark.

You will know the answer to your own questions as soon as you broaden your understanding about it; and this cannot be done in a few short questions and answers

Peace

Simple answer is that we are following Gods plan for the life of the world and things such as you mentioned are no longer needed because we have the full knowledge of Gods revelation which they did not have back then, Christ fulfilled everything that went before and while a lot of miracles were needed to start the believing church we should not be so unbelieving as to require these as much.
This does not mean however that miraculous events do not still happen today, there are many documented miracles and these are for the good of the church but not to convince us of what God has already revealed but to show Gods love and mercy.

The time has past for such occurrences as you have mentioned. I certainly think that the world wars and the atom bomb are events worthy to be noted as biblical. Prophesy is being fulfilled in this day. That is the time that we are in.

Have you seen zombie lively, or other metaphysical happening?

You should go to Holland, Africa, India, Jamaica, Columbia, Java, etc. I've seen them happening in Bali a guy cut his mouth, his lips with real knife and real blood but then it came back like nothing happens.

Metaphysical things do happen. We are so amazed by modern sci tech and forgot that these things happened.

natural phenomenas are included into scriptures to make it look very authentic. the so called great flood of bible, when noah and his family took to the ark, was not a great flood that drowned the earth. it was a local flood confined to the arabian peninsula and surrounding areas. that area can again go under the sea again, considering the level of sea there.

the great flood of bible must have taken juz within the last 5000 yrs and not more than that. there did happen one such incident just a local flooding. around that area of arabia, israel. mesopotamia, persia.

religious leaders want more numbers into thier fold. for that they will stoop to any level to get that. religious wars killed more people than hitler n mussolini toghether killed in 2nd world war. also look at the way islamic terorists killing innocents in the name of religion. again hitler and nazis wil be put to shame by these terrorists.

this is the case with all religions. they all want to divide people in the name of god. their explanation to god and his existence itself is very funny. they always come out with miracles to prove it. what is a natural phenomena that can me explained is touted as a miracle to the faithfuls and believers.

One thing i wonder is: Why no religion preaches to educate people. they all want believers to believe, pray, do rituals and so on. if needed fight to death for god and kill infidels. it does not matter whom he kills, even if he is innocent and if is not from his faith he can be killed because he is an infidel according to his faith.

Things like the Red sea being parted, Jesus performing miracles and the like happened for a purpose at the time. We were given signs to look for when Jesus's presence would be, and I believe that we're living in those times (Matthew 24:2-14). The next big thing will be Armageddon, and to make sure that you survive through that, you need to learn about God and his son Jesus Christ (John 17:3, 2 Peter 3:3-10).

Matthew 24:3-14
3 While he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?”
4 And in answer Jesus said to them: “Look out that nobody misleads YOU; 5 for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. 6 YOU are going to hear of wars and reports of wars; see that YOU are not terrified. For these things must take place, but the end is not yet.
7 “For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. 8 All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress.
9 “Then people will deliver YOU up to tribulation and will kill YOU, and YOU will be objects of hatred by all the nations on account of my name. 10 Then, also, many will be stumbled and will betray one another and will hate one another. 11 And many false prophets will arise and mislead many; 12 and because of the increasing of lawlessness the love of the greater number will cool off. 13 But he that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved. 14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.

John 17:3
This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.

2 Peter 3:3-10
3 For YOU know this first, that in the last days there will come ridiculers with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires 4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep [in death], all things are continuing exactly as from creation’s beginning.”
5 For, according to their wish, this fact escapes their notice, that there were heavens from of old and an earth standing compactly out of water and in the midst of water by the word of God; 6 and by those [means] the world of that time suffered destruction when it was deluged with water. 7 But by the same word the heavens and the earth that are now are stored up for fire and are being reserved to the day of judgment and of destruction of the ungodly men.
8 However, let this one fact not be escaping YOUR notice, beloved ones, that one day is with Jehovah as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. 9 Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance. 10 Yet Jehovah’s day will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a hissing noise, but the elements being intensely hot will be dissolved, and earth and the works in it will be discovered.

If you are really interested, read about some off the lives of the saints over that time. You might be surprised to discover some of the things they have done. Every bit as 'biblical'.

Cheers :-)

Well it depends on what you mean by Biblical. If the Bible was being written today, I think that events such as 9/11 (modern tower of babel, maybe?) would be in it.
