I wish to learn the Technique to find date of birth of a person by looking his/her hand. It would better if I could tell his/her Time of birth/Birth Chart (Kundali) from his/her hand.

yes its possible. here are some astrologers, who can tell you your birth chart to see your hand. birth chart means kundli. and its true.

O.K ,
take pain & plain paper ,
now take 3 print of each hand in plain paper ,
than go for original hand & take a stack & measure once life line than take second stack & mesure once heart line , similirly for mind line ,
on the basies of this three lines you sould hav three stack,
again you assume any incidence of once life , say any big opretion or any thing good , e.g accident , than go by life line (start from thum) & cheak where has the disturbed line , wqith cross or round,
again keep take print after 15 days & than copmpare both of this,
it is bit long procces but at least one can retrive Dob , & time of birth between 2 houres , say like 6:30 to 8 :30 am like that,

It is very much possible to find the date of birth by looking at hand and TAKING THE THUMB PRINTS OF BOTH THE HANDS. This is very much in use specially in Northern Rajasthan, the Birth time cannot be told.

You already went beyond what is required when selling a used car by having it checked out before you sold it. A private seller has no obligation to warranty a used vehicle at all. If the person wants to take you to court take what ever papers you have from your mechanic to show it was checked out and don't forget to ask the court for your court costs and any lost wages from the time you had to take off for court the law is on your side.
