no i would not. i been shot before by unsafe idiot hunters. it hurts like h@ll getting hit with buckshot. i also wonder how much of an accident that really was too.

No. It's not that I politically differ from Cheney, it is just that he is not someone I consider a safe hunter, and I don't hunt with unsafe hunters.
First, regardless of whether it was a sip of beer or a case race, you should NEVER use firearms when intoxicated. Second, regardless of whether he didn't know his buddy was going to be coming back in the direction he approached from, you never fire unless you are 100% sure your shot is safe. If you don't know where another hunter is, your shot isn't safe. I've passed up quite a few shots b/c of this EXTREMELY important principle. I've still voted twice for his ticket, but I wouldn't hunt with him.

Have you or anyone in your family ever had an automobile accident? If so, do you still ride with them? It is the same thing as Cheny accidently shooting his hunting partner. Cheny's partner came up over a rise in a place where he wasn't supposed to be. It was much more the hunting partner's fault than it was Cheny's. Check the facts.
