I am an american father with full custody. I have won the hague convention in the netherlands, the mom has abducted further after and is now a fugitive, except the eu will do nothing about it as well as my lovely country I need outside help or someone that could put pressure on anyone interpol or Fbi

Report the abduction at the International Police so that you could search for your son in different countries. Trace your son through immigration documents for his departure.

From the reports, it would seem the daughter left of her own free will, and is quite happy were she is. The mother on the other hand appears to have been using her as a pawn against her ex. By denying the father access, he maybe felt he no choice but to go behind the mothers back (even though the child agreed to go with him). However, if the mother had full custody and the child had been taken against her will, then abduction charges should be laid and extradition sought (weather or not Pakistan would recognise, the mother as the legal guardian is another matter), but nothing supports her allegations so the matter should be left alone, end of story.
