Efficient management is inefficient.

Many bad managers care about being efficient. They are so efficient that they don't waste any time communicating with their staff and so make the department highly inefficient.

As a general rule, women are better communicators than men, but in reality I have worked for bad managers of both genders.

This is not a very good question. In reality the most efficient managers are those that are efficient. Sometimes they are men, sometimes they are women. Even if more men are better than women there will still be many women who are good managers.

As we may understand clearly in business, efficiency simply means making gains with a lowest production cost. However, i think the level of business exposure of any manager determines his/her performance and efficiency in the running of any organisation regardless of gender.

It is also important to note that an efficient manager must have strong bargaining power. In that case female gender exhibits stronger multitasking ability which could be employ in achieving that goal than their male counterparts.

Male Managers would like to think they are more efficient, but guess what?

A Male manager knows what he wants, but never really knows how to organize it. He'll make rules up that sometimes aren't possible to do.

Its up to the female workers to organize and make it work for the male manager.

Most men ,go home and discuss their day with their wives, and use their wife's suggestions to help their work life.

They should just cut out the middle MAN and hire the one who's REALLY efficient.
A WOMAN!!!

Gender issues aside, I find working with male managers easier than with female ones. Ladies seem to be too concentrated on details, while guys are after results, without checking up on the process.

Oh, what a stunning way to open up the ol' gender dialogs. I am shocked and surprised to see a lack of pandering patriarchy surrogates licking up to this. Be patient, young one.
Oh, and if by 'efficient' you mean 'get **** done' that would be the femme side with their multitasking.
If by efficient, you meant 'Foist **** off onto others' then probably male.

FYI - Please look up INDRA NOOYI .
Just an example ,to help clear the cobwebs of gender bias.
Also some food for thought -look closer home-Who do you think was a more efficient manager ?-Your mum or your dad ? Do you manage more efficiently at home, than your wife? Homes are MNCS' too.

I think some men make poor managers and some women are good managers.Getting a team to do is entirely different from doing the same individually.. I dont think leadership quality belongs ton any one gender.

efficiency does not depend on the gender of a person. it is on the performance, attitude and devotion of the individual. How one works. paying attention to details ,making it on time or even ahead of time, its effectivitiy, productivity, and result....

No, males have less opposition resulting in more time dedicated to task which results in a better job.

Women have more resistance and suffer from it so they fight a stigma rather than get the job done.
