My digestion is low. If I eat breakfast at 7:30 a.m, I never feel hunger for lunch. Also My stool is not clear. Please advice me medicine how to improve my digestion power & clear my stool in the morning.

This should not be a forum for giving medical advice. A diet high in fiber will aid digestion--that is a fact. Beyond that you are advised to seek the advice of a doctor.

If your stool is clear I don't think you are eating any food. Your stool should be colored if you are eating vegetables, and fiber like Rolled Oct Porridge for breakfast. then eat some fruit in a couple of hours, and drink half your body weight in ounces of clean pure filtered water a day. When I get up in the morning I drink a glass or two of cold water which gets my metabolism working. Then I exercise for about half an hour then I eat my Rolled Oat porridge for breakfast. What are you eating for breakfast. You need to get your bowels moving without meds. if you continue to use suppositorys or laxatives your bowels get lazy. Make some onion, cabbage, celery, carrot, and a bit of chicken and that will move you.

Find out where u can get a south indian digestive recipe called RASAM & have it. Search for the recipe & make it urself, it jus takes 10 mins. Belive me it will be very effective.
