along with my sister and my brother it is red and bumpy and it hard to stop iching so if any one has an idea of what this might be please tell me(we dont have any pets)

you have to see doctor to know what's causing it. there's many kind of rash and its difficult to diagnose it without seeing it first.

It could be scabies, or have you changed washing powder/liquid, detergent?
