Bottles for puppies?

Hi there,

Does anybody kow where I can get little feeding bottles for puppies? The puppies are due in about 5 weeks.

Hopefully you won't need them as the mum will be feeding them. Depending on the breed of dog normal baby bottles are fine, if they are a small breed ask your vet or pet supplier when you are getting the formula and they will have smaller ones.

Hopefully you won't need them, but it never hurts to have one on hand just in case you do. With my Shih-tzu pups I used just a regular baby bottle (Playtex Avance) with a newborn nipple (the pup did not like the tiny puppy ones they sell at the vets and petshops, she kept jamming the whole nipple down her throat).

the mothere should feed the puppys or if thats a problem you can get bottles from any pet shop they are made of glass

you wont need them unless there is something wrong with mum.

if you are feeding her like you should be feeding a pregnant dog, and keep up the routine after she gives birth for a few weeks, theres usually no problem.

otherwise, ask your local vet when you take the mum in for her next pregnancy check up.

You should not need them, as your dogs milk will start to fill her ti*tts a few days before the pups are born, our dog just had six new pups and she always has had lots of milk for her pups a week before they were born

we had bottles from the vet the kit consisted of bottle 2 teats and a bottle brush

look in feed stores or livestock supply stores i know i have seen them at petsmart and petco and some other places . those are the only ones i know of sorry i wish i had some more. good luck to you .
