Wow, you found an article in a left-leaning newspaper, written by a hostile journalist who can't even be bothered to leave the relative safety of the "Green Zone" to see what is happening, and suddenly it is gospel truth, and the entire US Army is guilty of it, even though the article was written about a single U.S. Marine. What a complete bozo.

I guess you were also all up-in-arms about the barbarity of the Iraqis killing a couple of American civilians (who were there to help restore water and power to a town), burned their bodies, and then dragged the charred corpses through town and hung them from the struts of a bridge. Yeah, I remember you there at the protest . . .

No, wait a minute. That's right -- you WEREN'T there at the rally. Nor did I see you post anything about how horrid and barbaric that was.

What a hypocritical twit you are. STFU.

First of all the article is about the Marines. Second the marines prosecuted the soldiers that committed these acts.

Its true though the military could do 99.99% percent of good things. But the only thing focused on is the 0.01%

They help to build schools, hospitals, homes, sewage systems, power plants, and much more. They provide food and water to ANYONE in need. They protect civilians, and even prisoners of war from being harmed. They work to stabalize villages and cities in Iraq and Afghanistan after major terrorist activities. They spend years away from their families in order to do these things. The fight when lives are in danger, they drive on roads which are riddled with bombs. They do this so that this world can become a better place.

Hurrah, you've found one instance of this. Irrefutable proof that the US Marines as a whole are the same.

We also treat injured Iraqis (terrorists, soldiers, cops, and civilians) in our hospitals there, help build schools and mosques, and keep Americans free who do nothing to deserve the liberties they have.

You're welcome.
