find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First to loose that stubborn fat around the stomach try eating 5 or 6 mall meals a day. Second drink lots of milk or a substitute with lots of calcium...(CALCIUM IS THE ONLY THING THAT ACTUALLY BURNS BELLY FAT). The next time you go to the gym try this ab program.

1. Crunches with a medicine ball... try to roll up to three positions hold each step 2 seconds (20 times)

2. With legs straight up push the medicine ball up to the ceiling holding it up for 3 seconds (20 times)

3. Lay flat on your back and with legs straight up in the air raise hips off the ground then lower them (20 times)

4. Lay flat on your back and swing your legs from 2 inches above the ground to 90 degrees from your body (20 times)

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach.
