Don't people tire of asking pathetic questions of the Christians and why do Christians keep on taking the bait and answer?

Jesus said"at first the world hated me, so too will they hate you"

The devil uses all kinds of ways and words to lure a person and stir up arguements. We're supposed to "resist the devil and he will flee", to pray for out enemies, to bless them and curse them not, to do good to them who persecute and attack us", like Jesus said to do.

I myself find it hurtful and foolish to respond, all it's doing is letting the cat out of the box so to speak. Best thing to counteract such ugliness, is to be joyful, love others and spread peace. Don't even respond to it, pray for them and discuss happy things, and be kind to one another.

I just skip over those kinds of things and look for good things, people who are sincere and truly asking because they want to know the answer, not adding more fuel to the fire. The Bible warns against arguing like this and says," Just as a fire goes out for lack of fuel, And so will arguements stop without angry or spiteful words.

It makes my day to get a response back from someone saying "thankyou, that really helped alot." or "God Bless you!"or "I truly appreciate your help"and "thank you for your kind words, it's nice to know someone cares". That's what I'm here for. If I can help one person, I'm just ecstatic! Whether it's here or other topics, in pet care or fixing someone's pc and relieving a little stress off someone's elses shoulders, it lifts me up to know I may have played a small part in helping someone out, or blessing someone else's life.

That's what yahoo Answers is here for. If you have a question, you can just ask. Life should simple, and is meant to be enjoyed, not grieved over or full of stress and heartache.

People have strong viewpoints. Religion is one of those topics that you never should discuss in polite company because along with politics, and the topic of abortion, it has the potential to arouse strong emotions/opinions/attitudes and behavior. Some people just enjoy stirring the pot and they have to bully others in order to feel better about themselves. This behavior however, is not limited to non-Christians. Many non-Christians behave nicer than some of the Christians on this site, which is sad to say, considering that I myself am a Christian. Nobody should be attacking anyone or luring anyone into a question with the intent of stirring the pot. That just isn't nice, nor is it mature.

I even have some regulations of thumb that i exploit: one million. i don't ask a query if i think of I already understand the respond or can discover it very actual. 2. I say grace earlier asking a query. 3. I do my suitable to make the question sparkling with hyperlinks, my innovations, and info while mandatory. 4. The Holy Spirit overrides a number of those regulations. If i ought to break them to do God's artwork, then so be it.

Why do you all feel so persecuted? If you believe what you believe with all your soul then how can you be stirred up by others? God needs no defending so why do you feel you need to do it? For all you know some questions that seem "pathetic", when answered well, might help someone other than the asker? Don't be so defensive.

Because while they are stirring, they're going in circles, in need of peace. We christians need to witness to them and show them true peace thru Jesus who is the Way, the truth and the Life. It's the sick that needs a physician, a storm that needs the calm and the lost who need to be found. We christians aren't taking the bait, but are using the bait to connect with them thru love in Christ to share The Good News with them. God bless

The same reason some christians ask non christians questions just to stir us up... and we take the bait for the same reasons they do, too... Stop acting like you are the only victims here....

My question to you is ..................
Why do people who are not Muslims ask Questions to stir the muslims?

I could ask the same Question for Judaism or any other religion.

Don't people get tired of asking pathetic , unintelligent Questions of Islam & why do the muslims keep wasting thier time answering these people.

WHY? Because everyone wants to prove that their religion is the truth so those questions will never stop & if you dont like it , do not read or answer them.

Its as simple as that.

That's why I only answer the ones that seem sincere in their question. I don't even waste my time with the others. Because that's all their doing is trying to bait the Christians into an argument so then they can criticize. I pray for them and go on.

Same reason people who are Christians ask questions to stir non-Christians.

It can only be a stir if the questions cannot be accurately answered due to the restrictions of adhering to a narrow minded doctrine.

The option for sound and logical answers is available to everyone..

However the questions christians ask of alleged athiest or the scienctific fraternity are so filled with incorrect assumptions and misinformation that they deserve to be 'pulled up' on them, as the sheer ignorance displayed borders on frightening..!!
