Tourist visa to USA for my mother.?

Hello everyone
I am US citizen and I want to bring my mother to US for 6 month, she is 65 and has some property there.Would she be able to get tourist visa?

Your mother must apply for a US tourist visa which must be supported by documents that she will return to the Philippines such as title of real properties, relatives living with her in the Philippines and other documents to show that she will return after a visit thereat.
