alcohol, marajuanna are depressents. stimulents that are bad are ilicit drugs like cocaine, crack.... caffine is a non Rx stimulant if you need energy. or for a healthy stimulent eat a banana and take a good B complex. be careful with vitamin b though. when taken too much can cause numbness and tingling, which could be neurological harmful to your body. natural anti-depressent would be excersise
