My gf used to smoke but she dident tell me I found out by other people and then she fineally told me. This has happened two times a. I think she is smokeing again I just wana know if she is that’s all. How can I find out if she is or not. I have asked her but she says no. tthats what she said the last two times aswell

You don't need to know if she smokes. What you need is to indicate to her that you're not going to be judgmental about it, if that's true. That doesn't mean that you have to endorse it either, but it will mean that you're concerned about her health and will be there to offer whatever support she needs if she wants to quit. If you find that she's smoking, give her credit and thank her for not smoking around you, not smelling like it and not tasting of it. Let her do that out of respect for you and not because she fears that you'll be judgmental.

after you have been separated all day, give her a big hug and take a deep breath. smell her clothes youll be able to tell. or kiss her and see if she has a dry, discusting taste to her mouth. Or you could be a good boyfriend and sit down and talk to her about it. nine times out of ten.... women smoke due to stress.

If people smoke, you can sometimes pick up a smoke scent from that person. If she has a faint odor of cigarette smoke emanating from her, she is a smoker. This may seem somewhat perverted, but check her dirty laundry for smoke odor.

if she is smoking you can smell it on her hair, as well as fingertips. look and see if she has a lighter on her all the time, and if when you go around people who smoke she feels the need to be with them while they smoke..

well u can always smell it in her clothes, best her finger tips as well, but u wont really know for certain if she is a light smoker, on those people u can really tell.
but its on their breath as well. but if u really don't mind it, leave it alone one day u will get the answer

I guess you have to trust her. If she is still smoking it will come out eventually. You don't want to go around spying on people.

i dont think u can count on her word anymore if this has happened again. first of all, you don't need a person like that, who lies to you. and second of all, if u don't like to be lie to over stupid things, please do leave. if a person has lied about an issue once, they'll twice, and three times, and it won't stop.
