On the cross. On a place outside Jerusalem called Golgotha, which is the place of the skull. Also called Mt. Calvary. From what I understand, when you stand at the bottom of this hill and look up, it actually looks like a skull.

It looked to people so very bad
No one could do it but Him
It was because that man had sin
He paid the price what a heavy cost
So that those who believe will not be lost
