I have to take an emotional IQ test for a job, what is it and any advice in taking it?

I've taken three full, professionally administered IQ tests and I've never heard of an emotional IQ test.

It sounds like a psudo-science with no grounds in logic.

A corporate entity probably created it, so you should probably be able to tell which answer is the one that they want.
