What the hell is this chick's motivation for not giving Dale jr. ownership. MONEY...She has got so much damn money it's ridiculous. Everybody knows once jr. leaves, DEI is going
straight down the crapper.
She is the worst car owner I have ever seen. Zero talent or business sense. She is a disgrace to the Earnhardt name. Just look at what has happened since 2001. DEI went downhill fast, and I blame her. Dale Sr. built on heck of company and for what, so his wife could ruin a once great team and alienate his son and NASCAR's most popular driver.
Well good riddance, maybe jr. can win a race after leaving DEI.
JR Motorsports, RCR or whatever happens, it can't be any worse than driving for that money hungry beotch.

I think it because of the fact that Dale Sr made that company what it is and yes it was for his children but, have we forgot that Dale Sr had 4 children, not just dale jr and kelly. If you split the company for his children that would be 25% each. Although I agree that DEI is going downhill ~ can you honestly say it was because of Theresa and not DALE DYING that ruined the company. Dale was the company, he was the one that held it all together. Theresas role has always been the pretty face beside "THE MAN" and all at once it changed. I think she is a struggling car owner that is going to give what Dale Sr wanted and if you knew Dale you would know that he didnt just hand his kids things, they had to EARN it.

Answer is simple, Dale Jr. has to follow a legacy that Sr. left for him. Jr. has to make some attempt. Teresa is an idiot because she is money hungry. That is why she married Sr. in the first place.

None of us will ever know the full story about what is going on.This "split" may be what is needed for the team(s) involved.
Junior sees a way that the team should be run but Teresa is running it the way she interpits it should be run.This is a power struggle with no win in site(corperate or other).
So Junior going to his team(JR Motorsports) is the best move at this time.

you kind of answered your own question...Teresa could not have screwed up any bigger if she had given the company to a martian...this is going to be fun to watch. No one at dei to drive, bring in sponsors or revenue...Dale Sr is doing spins...She might keep the number, but hwat is she gonna do with it...this one will tear her down, I do not think she has the capability to realize what she has started, but she will see it all soon enough...this is going to be good...and I am not even a Jr fan...May have to revisit that one as well

Teresa is only doing what her husband wanted. If he had wanted that brat is his to have ownership he would have said so in his will. Don't forget ahe has a daughter with Dale herself. Hurray for her. No one said the condition of the will was she had to kiss the brat's butt. His trying to make people fill sorry for is bull. Anyone that falls for it should have to truly take a good long look at the brat.

I think its because Jr isn't her son, either that or she's just that greedy. Everyones knows Big E started that company for his kids, so she needs to give Jr what he wants. Without Jr there is no DEI and even if DEI buys out Robert Yates DEI won't be the same. Wish I knew what Big E thinks about all of this.
