First, I need to dispel a weight loss myth.

YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE.

The only way to reduce body fat is diet and exercise. If you do lots of crunches, or other abdominal exercises, it will increase your muscle tone, but it wont reduce fat, since its just sitting on top of your muscle.

To lose weight, just pick a diet that is healthy, but contains less calories than what you are burning.

If you want to "spot reduce" meaning reducing fat only in certain areas, the only solution, which I DO NOT recommend, is liposuction.

See my source below.

Your abdominal muscles tone has gone down & is weak. That is the reason you have ponch or bulged abdomen. To get rid of it you will have to do this exercise & regularly. This is called foot elevation exercise. Lie on your back on a bed, hand should be by your sides & close, legs shoud be stretched & straight. Don't keep pillow under your neck or head. Now raise both legs up together by 18 inches & hold it their for as much time you can, knee should not bend. When it seems impossible to hold your leg up, put it down, take rest for 2 mins & start again & again untill you get exhausted. It seems easy but when you do it you will know that how difficult it is & how much strain you feel on your abdominal muscles. You can do it as many times you wish but from till 45 mins after meal you are not supposed to do the exercise.

Do leglifts. Lay on your back .Put your hands under your hips, and raise your legs to a 90 degree angle. Then lower them until the only are a few inches off the ground.Repeat this 20 times twie a day. Make sure your legs are together. It really works!

cardio combined with weight training and healthy diet.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

For your tummy...crunches crunches crunches and more crunches. Walk at least 1 hour a day for your butt, and for your arms get some resistant bands and follow the exercises they give you. They work very well. Drink plenty of water, it helps flush out alot of fat from your body. Good luck

i know a amazing workout, not for a 'pouch' in step with se yet in basic terms a powerful rapid workout. i don't know what that's stated as. besides, there are 2 positions. the 1st is status with your hands pointing upwards, in a "stick 'em up" sort pose. the different place is mendacity face down on the floor with your hands at once and parallel forwards, so that's totally such as the 1st pose yet mendacity face down. besides, the workout is to start in the status pose, then transition besides the undeniable fact which you like into the different pose and then transition to the status pose returned. that's one repetition. Do 50...
