My feet are starting to hurt.

People normally pace when they are anxious (stressed, worried, etc) about something. Obviously you are experiencing some anxiety and the anxiety is severe enough to keep you pacing even though your feet hurt.

Might be time for some relaxation techniques to get you calmed down:
a hot bath
deep breathing
guided imagery (imagine being somewhere to the point that you really are there in your mind)
deep breathing
dancing
meditation

If this is not a usual thing, it will pass. If you are constantly stressed to this point, it would be time to see a doctor for some stress intervention. Good luck!
