Drink a lot of very very cold water, play in the water more, stay indoors. If you are more of an enviorment person, stay somewhere cool, damp, cold, etc. to beat the summer heat. My #1 advice is to just stay indoors more and go to places like Waterworld, Six Flags, etc.
