For a male - khaki dress slacks and a long-sleeved button shirt (keep tie handy in case others are wearing one you can quickly slip it on)
For a female - Dress slacks and a nice blouse with low heels or flats
You can always go by the bank and peek at what everyone is wearing and copy. Good luck on the job.

The reason people wear clothes is nothing to do with covering your nudity to keep the genitals private. It is purely because clothes protect you from the cold and from the sun (protection from the sun particularly important for white people) Regarding the genitals as "private" is more than likely a consequence of wearing clothes, rather than a cause of it. There are still tribal people in the world who rarely wear clothes and would be suspicious of people who did (maybe wearing clothes means you have something to hide?) The problem of western attitudes to nudity is associating it with sexuality. Nudity has no sexual implications - walk around any beach in southern Europe and you will notice toplessness or complete nudity does not attract a second glance. The law (of England) does not compel anyone to wear clothes or consider nudity as "indecent exposure" - for the nude person to be guilty of indecent exposure, someone must report feeling offended by the sight of the offender's nakedness - if nobody is offended, no offence is deemed to have been committed - this defence is why so many streakers (very common at English sporting events) get away with a telling off rather than a conviction - the crowd egged them on so cannot be said to have been offended.

I would wear nice slacks, dark shoes, white shirt. A tie would be nice. This shows your very professional and that your eager to take an interest in banking. Well groomed also will help. You'll get tons of compliments on how well you look. Good luck to you.

Nice dress pants, not just khaki's and a button down shirt. Do no dress provocatively on your first day, you will give the wrong impression. Make sure to wear nice, comfortable flat shoes. Make sure to check around to see what other people are wearing and CHECK THE DRESS CODE. It would be embarrassing and can get you into trouble if you dress wrongly. Good Luck on your first day!!

wear slacks nice dress shoes and a buttoned up collar shirt tucked in if you are a guy. If you are a girl wear a nice business skirt, high heels, buttoned up collar shirt, but leave the first three or four buttons un-done to show a little cleavage. You will advance faster that way.

Go to a branch of the bank where you will be working. Go inside and see what the tellers are wearing. Some of the banks now have uniforms, and all of the employees wear dark pants and a lighter color shirt.
Have one of your friends to go to the branch where you will be working, and they can observe what the tellers are wearing.
If you do not have any friends, wear a suit if you have one. If not you would be safe wearing a long sleeve shirt, neck tie, dark slack, and dress shoes. DO NOT WEAR JEANS OR TENNIS SHOES.

Business professional is the basic shirt and tie. Look sharp...wear black dress pants with a nice collared shirt and tie. Black socks and slacks. You're going to working in a bank...no matter what your title is you should look presentable. :) You can always get away with looking professional with a shirt and tie.

Business professional is a suit. If you are man, that would include a tie. Women, you could wear a matching suit- skirt & jacket or slacks & jacket. If you are a woman, black, dark blue or grey in color. Your not looking for sexy, you want to look like a banker.

dress slacks and a white blouse is dressy enough for a teller. Make sure to wear a white bra under your blouse though! Grey slacks are always nice, and shoes that are dressy, preferabley a heel, but something you won't kill your feet standing in all day. Maybe a slingback black small heel.

If your a male, business suit with a tie and dress shoes. If your a female, also a business suit (long enough skirt is fine or slacks) with professional shoes (high heels) not sandals or slip-ons.
