Clasped is apretadas but i guess inesmon has given you the best answer saying "entrelazadas".

Joined means "reunirse" and clasped and clutched means "pegarse".

Spanish version;

Reunidas, como dos manos que pueden ser juntadas y pegadas juntas. Pueden siempre reunirse, juntarse, por siempre.(^_^)Nice!

Could be "unido" if they are hands it is "unidas"
Clasped is "entrelazadas"
