i was wondering if anyone has had a breast reduction from 36d to 36b. and if so, what's it like? i have serious back problems. or any other sizes and what the results were for you. THANKS!!

I had breast reduction surgery Feb 2006. I went from a 38J to a 38C and it was great! I have no more back pain or health issues because of my breasts! It was also covered 100% by health insurance!
I was in surgery for three hours, was off work for two weeks, was on light duty for another two weeks.
It takes a year to get a final size, it takes up to a year to get nipple sensation (took me three months), and scars take a year to fade (you use scarguard or mederma, which helps a lot!).

I exrcised for days and I went from a 40 D to a 36 C. Now I feel like I can do anything without back pains. Pilates is a life saver!

If you lay down and your brest fall to the side then you need a reduction. Check how much they hang over. I know that the doctor will let you know what size you should go for. Make sure you have a good doctor and research research research the doctor.

go to nordstrom, get a professional bra fitting and let them tell your real size and get the right bra that will give you the correct lift. take 20 mins and save yourself 2 grand
