I'm sure most people do things everyday and don't even realize it. We are all heroes and important to someone. The funny thing about being selfless is that it's just as beneficial to the one doing the giving.
God Bless.

I do different things for different people. Mostly when I leave it is the greatest act of charity I can give some one.
On a more serious note. If you are looking for ideas you just need to pay attention and they will come to you. The key is putting yourself in their position. Random is the key and anonymity is the code.
As for what I have done personally? None of your business. That is between me and God. I do not do them to get bragging rights or a pat on the back.

I have made friends with an 89 year old woman who could not drive. I took her to services weekly, had dinner with her nightly, took her to have her hair done weekly, took her to the supermarket and listened to all the stories she had to tell when she was younger. She died after I did this for a year and a half. I was greatly sadden, Now I do the same thing for a 78 year old who has Parkinson's. The smiles on their faces...... priceless!!!

Well I gave three of them life. Does that count?
Actually I try every day. There is nothing too little no gesture too small to make someone smile. And watching someone smile is pretty fun.

i try to be the best friend i can not by just hanging out but to be there for them when their down and whenever i saw a "geeky looser type" i hung out with them and defended them whenever someone would start picking on them i i was kind of outcasted by the popular crowd because of it but i dont care if they wanna be like that they can kiss my *** i just wish more people would be like that because all someone who is outcasted in school needs is someone to stand up for them in their time of need i know i prevented one kid from even committing suicide and i never told anyone about what i knew he was thinking of doing to himself.

I moved out of my parents' house many long years ago. It made ME happier than them, but that's life.
