Say, for example, you go to a restaurant, and you order decaf coffee, and are given regular coffee. From what I understand, that could cause problems other than simple dissatisfaction. As well, wouldn't the reverse be true? If you specifically ordered regular and were given decaf?

In my opinion, the only way such a switch up could have any drastic and/or long term negative effects on your health would be if somehow you were ALWAYS given decaf instead of regular coffee or vice versa. In that sense, I still don't think there would be any long term health problems associated with either decaf or regular coffee due to the replacing of one with the other at any given time interval.
There are many myths that correlate to the consumption of of any form of coffee.
A few of these myths are stunting growth, slowing metabolism, accumulating greater chances for heart problems, psyche meltdowns, dependent syndromes and the ilk just to name a few.
I think the most common effect this could have on a person would have to be a mental health problem, seeing as how most people are rather upset by being served things they wish not to have.

Buy "Swiss Water" decaf( that is an all traditional, preservative and chemical loose approach) best. But a warning right here, decaf additionally involves caffeine( despite the fact that best approximately 10% of what consistent espresso involves) Moderation. Get decaf and drink much less. The first-class decaf in the marketplace is "Cafe Le Semeuse"( you'll be able to by no means recognise the change). I feel it is to be had on-line. Well valued at the money.
