In high school I was once a nerd with glasses and overweight. As I went to college I became the man. I play college football, I have big muscles, and the baddest urban wear. When I came back home from college some of those girls who picked on me in high school and never would give me a chance now wanted me and I turned around and rejected their offer, laughed in their face, and bragged about my girlfriend now. How great is this revenge?

Success is always the best revenge. So you got revenge. Don't spread bad karma by going a step further and shunning everyone. Two wrongs don't make a right. Sit back and enjoy your life and just be nice. Any idiot can rub it in someone's face. It takes real strength to smile and keep walking.

Hey man I know where your coming from, I'm a geek too. (And proud of it!!!) Only one girl has ever gone out with me, and it' ended up being an ..... unusual.... relationship to say the least. (Not that it wasn't a great relationship, it was just different). When I was in middle school I was bullied to the point I became suicidal.
Point is, now that I'm getting older, and my peers are maturing and looking beyond my geekdom, I occasionally have the urge to do what you just did.
But in the end, I do not think that revenge is good. Sure, it makes you feel a tiny bit better at the time, but pretty soon you realize that by seeking out revenge, you've become that which you hate.
At least, that is how I see it. My best wishes to you, my geek brother.

Wonderful, now grow up emotionally and be a man. HS is 4 very short years of your life. Some of those women you reject and laugh at could have turned into wonderful people that you could be very happy with.

i would have done the same thing. even if you were a nerd, wore glasses, or was a little over weight, you were still a person. ive never rejected any friend ships based on looks alone. only attitude.
