Many years ago a vet suggested I give kaopectate to a siamese kitten (very tiny) who had it. She was running all over the house leaking, lol, not very pleasant. I would call the vet's office or an emergency vet clinic near you if it doesn't clear up very quickly. They can give you advice until your appointment.

"Nux Vomica for Upsets, Irregularity - Maria glinski, DVM

Nux vomica is a useful homeopathic remedy for any gastrointestinal tract imbalance, particularly for cats who have off-and-on diarrhea or constipation. The remedy works quickly, restoring balance and normal motility to the the gut.

Nux vomica 30C: I or 2 drops twice a day for three days."

"Nux vomica: Twice daily. If a severe episode is occurring give hourly for four hours, then there or four times a day as needed. Don't give with food. Roger deHaan, DVM."

Feeding canned pumpkin (not the pumkin pie type) can also help with both diarrhea and constipation and the cat may not want to eat it.

Usually the homeopathic remedies are available in health food stores in pellet form, not as liquids. The pellets are very tiny and not hard to administer.

Feed him some canned pumpkin. This should help bind him up a little and they usually like it.
