But that was on saturday/sunday. And it is now tuesday, and i still feel it. It hurts when I make drastic movements in my arms. I have also noticed a sharp pain lower when i turn my head to the right and my chin is about 3 inches from my shoulder. only to the right. The pain has resonated to my neck and I can feel it through my back.
Could it just be sore muscles? are there muscles in my chest? When I say shest I mean between the 5in verticle strip b/w my breasts.

I'm in my late teens. I am moderatly fit, I try to go running atleast 2 times a week.

Yes, we do have muscles in our chest area, especially around the wall of the chest. As to whether or not it could be muscle related it's possible but because you have had this pain for a while you need to have it evaluated by a dr to see what they think could be going on.
