The best colour to put with blue is some shade of yellow. There are millions of yellows, so before you shake your head, consider this:
I don't know what blues you have. some blues have yellow in them. But on the colour wheel, yellow is opposite most blues. Orange is the strongest form of yellow, which contrasts with very dark blue.
Pale butter yellow is a lovely restful colour even for a bedroom. One way to do it is to paint flat baby pastel yellow all over, and then scrunch a slightly darker yellow over it to have a kind of mottled effect. Alternatively, use one of those suede finishes. Very nice.
So far, we have spoken about contrasting. Let's now talk about complementing. to complement your blues, find out if they are combinations of (1)blue and yellow, or (2)blue and red (purplish) or (3)blue and green (aqua-ish).
For the first one, I would choose a very pale watery blue pastel, either on its own or mottled as before.
For the second (purple) I would use a very lovely pale lilac, which is delicious with dark blues. But go VERY pale.
For the third, I would risk a very pale sage green, a powdery kind of egg shell green, which with a mottle effect is very smart.
Good luck.

Depends on the feel you want the room to have.
For a comfortable and happy atmosphere, yellow is always great with blue.
Off white or ivory is nice for a more formal, classic look, especially if you continue the colour to the ceiling.
White would be very crisp and clean looking, very fresh, especially if you painted some of the room trim (like the ceiling rail) in a blue to match the carpet or bedding).
For a real 'ocean' look, you could go with very pale green and a white ceiling.
Pale pink, or tangerine would be a fun look, with a white ceiling it would be a bit like a licorice allsort, very cute.
If you wanted a warmer look, you could go with a deeper blue, or even purple.
Blue is really versatile in the situations because it can be found 'backgrounding' so much in nature that we are used to seeing it combining with any colour, even brown!
You have got the makings of a great room, blue it the best way to start (it's my favourite colour in case you didn't guess :-).
Good luck :-)

Medium blue and seafoam - sounds like great possibilities.
Suggest in walls lavender or pale yellow.
Or, paint the wall behind the bed the blue of the carpet, and opposite wall seafoam., others walls white.
Or, do vertical stripes [up-down ] of blue/seafoam/lavender, or blue/seafoam/white/ or blue/seafoam/yellow.

For a very classy look, use ivory. Peach would be nice for a "kickier" look. If you use light blue paint with blue bedding, be very careful to match the hues, but you're likely to be overwhelmed by it before long. Yellow with blue will give it a more childlike look. White and blue will look nautical and crisp. Lavendar will add tranquility. Any are fine, depending on your taste.

Why not try one wall purple and the other 3 a light silver or light grey. Then put accent pillows around in purple and pink stripe, dark grey and a small check in purple and white. Try some accent pieces in silver, like picture frames and statues etc. Put a light pink or a light purple area rug on the floor also. Drapes or curtains could be in a light purple or a light grey. A grey and purple stripe or design would be perfect.

I would just leave it white and get some light blue curtains with white in it to tie it all together. I would not do a light blue because that is just too much unless you are going for a uniformed look.

It depends. If its light blue I would go with a very pale yellow,or purple. if they're darker blue, maybe seafoam or white always works with either

I would go for a cream color. You dont want to go beige or white, because it wont flow and will just look to sterile... but if you cream, it still gives your room some depth and allows for shading. Good luck with the room
