I t will take you 2 nights and 3 days like leave perth early one day then overnight around balladonia (about 1000KM) , travel all day to Ceduna (1000KM) overnight there, then all day to Adelaide from Ceduna (750 KM). Thats given you dont wanna drive non stop then its about 30 Hours.
So basically its 30 hours actual driving time then Plus regurlar stops and rests and Overnight at a hotel or watever!! It depends on how you wana do it!!!

Have fun tho- I think it may be easier just to fly tho!!! or catch the Indian Pacific train. Anyway Good luck!!!

I did the trip 9 months ago on my own, so did not have anyone to share driving with, it took me 3days and 2 nights as I did not set off before 7.00am and did not drive after 6.00pm. This was for my own safety, only a stupid woman would drive alone at night and there are far too many kangaroos to argue with. I found the nullabor very interesting not boring, lots of friendly travellers at each roadhouse always willing to have a quick chat and let you know if there are any hazards or accidents to watch out for. Also lots of accomodation along the way, most but not all reasonably priced. most expensive I found was Cocklebiddy, the cheapest Kimba. Good luck and have a great trip, I would do it again anytime, and Im not young, unfortunately the wrong side of 50. Enjoy.

it takes about 1 1/2 - 2 days by road continuous travel only stopping for meal breaks. I have travelled by coach before back in 2000 and there used to be trips from Perth to Adelaide via various stops. Doesnt look like Greyhounds and others alike do that any more :( well i cant seem to find it on their site anymore. you might have to go via somewhere else.

It is approximately 2500km. At 100km/h you will take 25 driving hours to do it. Add time for fuel, food and rest stops and you should do it comfortably in two and a half to three days. If you want to stop for whale watching at the Head of the Bight or to explore some of the largest caves in Australia on the Nullarbor Plain or to go fishing in the Ceduna/Streaky Bay area, allow more time.

If you dont want to rush your trip, it could take 2 -3 days. Very flat and straight going across the Nullabor.
