im 16, 5'8, 190 pounds. I dont know how to start exercising. Dieting however is simple but finding a way to do cardio without going outside (bad neighborhood) is hard to do. I'm a lifegaurd so i need to get back into shape for the summer. is there any good way to do cardio exercise indoors without special equipment. and further is there any better way to get rid of belly fat than by limiting my calorie intake to apx. 1500-2000 a 15 minute full body workout every other day. then a cardio workout every other day. Im not too knowledgeable about fitness so help me out haha. thank you.
